Sourcing Raw Material
We buy natural products directly from commercial farms, smallholder farmers and wild harvesters.
Crushing
Mechanical expelling uses only pressure to separate the oil from the solids of any seed, nut, or natural product.
Decanting
Just like wine, a virgin cosmetic oil has some organic solids that precipitate out over time. Our decanting process occurs over a few days, to improve the efficacy of the next step.
Filtration
Filtration is done through ‘plate and frame’ systems that push oil through filter cloth, removing organic solids down to 1 micron in size.
Storage and Handling
We ship in various formats, including flexitanks, totes, drums, and smaller packages.
